01 Standard Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, untampered packaging.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable
The following conditions strictly disqualify an item from being returned or exchanged:
- Packing opened, tampered with, or seal broken.
- Personalized, custom-made, or bulk-ordered items.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage.
02 Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via PayHere to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
03 Product Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. The same strict "unopened packing" criteria apply to all exchange requests. Please initiate exchange inquiries within 14 days of delivery.
